I was always warmly welcomed and supported by both the management and staff members. I feel privileged that throughout my career, everyone went the extra mile to help me learn about the manufacturing process.
What are some tips for building a successful customer base?
Market trends and requirements evolve frequently. Continuously monitoring these changes and providing timely recommendations to customers helps build their confidence in the supplier.
What type of work culture have you cultivated within your organization?
Our office fosters a work culture that we all truly value and appreciate. Employees share a bond like that of an extended family. The top management regularly organizes employee welfare and sports events to promote team building and strengthen relationships.
What have been your key contributions to this organization?
As Head of Sales and HRD, I have focused on maintaining a strong reputation and fostering disciplined, positive relationships within the team, motivating each member to deliver their best performance. In my role as Sales Head, I have worked to bridge the gap between customers and the ADS support team to ensure their needs are met effectively. Sales plays a crucial role in building loyalty and trust with customers, as trust and reliability are key factors that encourage long-term associations with a company, its services, and its products.
What is your greatest source of motivation?
Client satisfaction is my top priority. When clients are happy, it indicates the business is on the right path, leading to repeat business and strong moral support for the company.
How do you manage to balance your work and family life?
My family has always been my strength, standing by me through all these years. ADS is like my extended family, and I am truly fortunate to have the unwavering support of both.
What do you believe are your key responsibilities and goals for the next five years?
Target setting is a strategic planning activity that requires teamwork. Observing packaging usage in developed countries, there is significant potential in developing nations like ours, as well as in underdeveloped countries, where there is a strong demand for world-class services at affordable prices with effective results.
