What are the most significant challenges you have faced and overcome?
In today’s corporate world, many women face challenges in advancing their careers, often hindered by societal barriers. However, I feel fortunate to have a supportive family that encouraged me to join the family business. As a married woman, integrating into the family business and driving exponential growth was initially challenging. Yet, I am proud to have embraced these challenges while maintaining a harmonious balance between my personal and professional life.
What does the term “revolution” mean to you?
In this era of globalization, digitalization, and a booming start-up culture, India is witnessing a revolution for women entrepreneurs. According to the Central Government census, women contribute to just 14% of the total entrepreneurship in India, which I believe is still too low. If we truly speak of gender equality, then the contribution from both men and women should ideally be equal. Today, every woman should take charge of her own future. Each time a woman stands up for herself, often without realizing it or claiming it, she is standing up for all women. To me, revolution means that every woman must confront her fears, break through the barriers she places on herself, and find the confidence and strength to soar toward success.
How has the industry evolved over time?
The finance industry has undergone significant changes over the past decade. It has become more organized and focused on the needs of investors.

What do you consider the most challenging aspect of working in your industry?
The biggest challenge in our industry is the need to juggle multiple roles, including asset manager, financial planner, psychologist, and marketer, to achieve success.
How do you spend your time outside of work?
When I’m not at work, I dedicate most of my time to my family. Maintaining my health is a priority, and going to the gym is a regular part of my daily routine. Additionally, I make continuous learning an essential part of my schedule.
What are the key decisions you make as a leader in your organization?

- My core principle for managing all departments effectively is the strategic delegation of responsibilities to my team.
