Give us a bit of background about yourself and your company.
Preeti Phuskele is a well-known name in the recruitment business. Through her company, Concord Talent Hunt, she is supporting permanent hiring for engineering, automotive, and automation industries. She is also the owner of Pinacolish, a business that offers training, organizational development, HR solutions, coaching, counseling, and managing personal brands.
After completion of her Master’s in Business Economics, Preeti started her career as Professor in MBA colleges in Indore and then moved to Pune. And then there was no turning back, she has made significant contributions in academics by editing several important books and writing many economics and finance papers worldwide.
Where does your interest in entrepreneurship come from – how did you start?
Transition of a professor to an entrepreneur without any concrete knowledge and background or networking in HR was really difficult. As Preeti went from being a professor to running her own business, she had to deal with many challenges in her personal life. For example, responsibility of raise two young children after husband’s death, that too without much financial backup or family support.
Preeti is a born fighter. She kept working more than 18-hour a day, and kept learning new things. She worked hard and didn’t give up, which helped Concord Talent Hunt get a good name in the technical hiring and hiring for R&D centers.
With the challenges in business during and after COVID -19, she realized need for upgrading herself. She joined some courses at IIM-K and Mudra Institution of Advertisement and communication. With Pinacolish, she took her businesses globally, HR outsourcing and Personal Branding. Pinacolish wants to give women entrepreneurs more power by supporting them with Branding and Marketing Strategies.

Pinacolish
Pinacolish was created with intention to offer Corporate Trainings and other HR solutions. These HR Solutions include organizational development, consulting, HR audits, and surveys, trainings and also personal solutions like customize resumes, offer career counseling, and manage personal brands.
Tufillous
Tufillous creates cutting-edge brand strategies for B2B companies and professional educational institutes, which helps them stand out and do well in competitive markets.
What makes your company stand out in the market?
To stand out in the consulting world, a consulting must consistently maintain its delivery commitments. It is quite tough for consulting companies as retaining team is difficult. On Time Delivery is challange, but we’re proud of the work we do and the ties we build.
Is it difficult for females to start a business in India?
Yes, working in a male-dominated field can be challenging sometimes. It can be hard for women in India to start their own business, especially if they also have to take care of their children. Networking is also important. In India, not all work is given on the basis of metrits.
How do you achieve a balance between your personal and professional life?
Running a business as a mum makes it hard to balance job and personal life. Setting priorities and assigning work are two essential tactics. Building a solid support network is also very important for keeping this balance.
As an inspiration for many, what would your advice be for female entrepreneurs planning to enter the business world?
Keep your hopes up and work hard to reach your goals if you want to grow your business as a woman. Get to know people in your field as often as possible. It will help you learn and grow.
