In the year 2010, Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh Cricket Stadium held its first match, which was played between the Canadian National Cricket team and Chhattisgarh Cricket team.

According to Wikipedia, Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh Cricket Stadium is the 4th largest cricket stadium in the world and the 3rd in India.

This stadium is also the 2nd home venue of the Indian Premier League’s Delhi Daredevils (this team is now known as Delhi Capitals).
