Professional Life of Satya Nadella
He started his career by being a technical staff member of Sun Micro Systems (an American technology company). Later in his career at Microsoft, he got promoted to the online services division as the vice president of Research and Development, he served in this post from the year 2007 to 2011, and afterward, he got hid further promotion by becoming the president of the division of Server and Tool, where he served until 2014 and provided help to the company and brought Windows server, Microsoft’s Database, and developer tools to its Azure Cloud. After he joined cloud services of Microsoft in 2011, the company’s revenues from cloud services witnessed an increase of 20.3 billion in June 2013 from 16.6 billion in the year 2011.
More interestingly, in September 2018, he tripled the stocks of the company with an annual growth rate of 27%.
