Dr. Rupal Agarwal- Journey of a passionate women entrepreneur fuelled with passion and knowledge!

Decision Maker: Give us a bit of background about yourself and your company

Dr. Rupal Agarwal: Dr. Rupal finished her Bachelors of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery course at DY Patil Homoeopathic Medical College in 2009.

Her journey started with Core Wellness Ltd, a company specialized into healthcare trainings for corporates. They used to conduct stress management and lifestyle management trainings for companies like ONGC at their rigs and platforms. She worked with Core Wellness for almost 01 year where she honed her training skills and decided to venture into trainings all by herself. Thus, “Mind-A-Mend” was born in 2011.

“Mind-A-Mend” started as Training Company, where in the year of inception itself, they had bagged training orders for corporates like Vodafone, Bank of Baroda, K T Group, Somaiya and Associates and many more.

They soon realized that the effectiveness of the trainings could be improved if every organisation had a strong platform of systems & processes in place. Thus, the concept of “SOP” i.e. Standard Operating Procedures, came into existence.

They started designing SOP for almost all the sectors right from manufacturing to retail, from engineering to ecommerce, from service sector to healthcare and many more corporates, conglomerates and government.

Mind-A-Mend has 02 service divisions, “Your Retail Coach (YRC)” and “Business Process Xperts (BPX)”. YRC as a brand, focusses on offering services to the Retail & Ecommerce Sector, while BPX focusses predominantly on Manufacturing, construction, healthcare etc.

Dr. Rupal Shah Agarwal handles the Business Development and Marketing Division for Mind-A-Mend. She is the one with a magnetic stigma! She is a proud homeopath by qualification. Being people’s person, she has always loved understanding the psychology & behaviours of individuals around her. Being quick & confident, she has the pace to drive everybody in the organization. Her “Everything is possible” attitude helps the organization achieve the implausible. With her straight forward approach, she aims towards augmenting the organizational growth.

Decision Maker: Give us insights into the major offerings of the company. And, how does the company support people with its offerings?

Dr. Rupal Agarwal: BPX is a management consulting firm, offering a complete suite of services around processes. We help companies in Process Modelling (AS-IS Processes or TO-BE Processes), Process Mining, Process Intelligence, Process Automation & BPM Tool Implementation

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are instrumental in facilitating the growth and expansion of an organization. Serving as a structured framework, SOPs enhance operational efficiency, consistency, and adaptability. As the organization evolves, these procedures act as a roadmap for daily operations, minimizing errors and fostering a positive organizational culture. They play a crucial role in onboarding and training new employees, ensuring a swift integration process. Additionally, SOPs contribute to risk management and compliance, crucial for industries subject to regulations, thereby safeguarding the organization’s reputation. Moreover, SOPs streamline expansion by serving as guides for replicating successful processes in new branches or locations. Ultimately, SOPs establish a foundation for continuous improvement, enabling the organization to adapt to changing circumstances and sustain growth effectively.

At BPX, we talk processes for a chat, we walk processes for a stroll and we eat processes for breakfast!

BPX has consulted over 300+ companies which includes start-ups, mid-size, large and multinational conglomerates, spanning across continents, with a success rate of 95%
